IDA FRIESEN After a long illness Ida passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 6, 2004 at Concordia Hospital. She leaves to mourn her daughter Hilde; sons, Theadore and Walter (Lily) grandchildren, Angela, Kelvin, Cynthia, Marcia (Matt) MacDonald and Lisa (Glenn) Bergen; great-grandchildren, Christopher, Nicole, Kristina, Owen, Keygen and her sister Aganetha Epp and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Jacob and two sons, Leonard and baby; her mother and father, six brothers, three sisters, her adopted parents and two brothers. Our mother enjoyed her garden, flowers, cooking and baking. We would like to thank all the hospital staff on the 3rd floor. Funeral service will be held on Friday, July 9 at North Kildonan Mennonite Church, 1131 Roch St. at 1:00 p.m. Donations in Idas memory may be made to Mennonite Central Committee, 134 Plaza Dr., Winnipeg, MB R3T 5K9.
